SHIPPING POLICY
DYAN Shoes North America offers fast and reliable shipping for all products across the United States at a flat fee.
We partner with major shipping companies like FedEx, DHL, UPS, and more to ensure timely deliveries. All orders are provided a tracking number.
Most major markets can expect the products to arrive within 5-10 business days.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return/exchange process.
You can return items within 30 days after delivery, provided they are in new condition and still in their original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply email sales@dyanshoes.com, and our dedicated agents will assist you promptly. Our agents are available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (excluding holidays). Upon receiving your return/exchange request, we will email you a return shipping label for your convenience.
Exchange shipments and/or refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the returned product arriving back at the warehouse, provided it's in new condition and in the original packaging.
*The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense. In order to provide a seamless return experience, this cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
**Customers are responsible for the cost of exchange shipping. Upon requesting an exchange, a draft order will be sent to the customers email for payment. Once we receive the returning product in unworn and new condition, and the shipping payment has been received, we will process the exchange and release the new pair.
PRICE CHANGES AND TAXES
While we strive to maintain accurate pricing, prices on the website are subject to change without notice or may be posted incorrectly. In the event of an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any order.
TAXES
As required by federal and state law, we collect all applicable sales taxes to ensure compliance.
